​​At All In, I offer one-on-one counselling tailored for neurodivergent individuals. I work with people aged 16 and up, as well as parents, carers, and family members. I also provide training, printable resources, and consultancy for anyone looking to better understand and support neurodivergence.

Hi, I’m Laura, the founder of All In: Mental Wellbeing Services. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working in education, where I developed a strong interest in inclusion and special educational needs. Over the years, both in education and now as a therapist, I’ve met so many people whose neurodivergence hasn’t been properly supported, from childhood right through to adulthood. I’m passionate about creating a more neuro-inclusive society because I truly believe it benefits not just individuals, but everyone. For me, that means using therapeutic tools to support neurodivergent people and those around them.

We recognise the importance of supporting neurodivergent individuals by supporting their families. We are able to offer webinars on a variety of topics related to neurodivergence, all led by a qualified therapist. All the resources from these webinars will be available for purchase separately.
Schools have a central part to play in the lives of neurodivergent children and young people. We have a range of training offers for school staff, all led by a qualified therapist. We also offer a range of printable resources for use in schools. Including our comprehensive, neuro-inclusive 'wellbeing club' package.
